Sorry for the lack of updates. Things have been very hectic and edgy. Just relocated to a new home, and barely paid off the rent for the next 3 months.

I will be going back to Singapore from the 5th-29th of July with my gf, hopefully her visa application will go smoothly tomorrow. I’m going to be catching up with lots of friends, while strenghtening business relationships while I’m there. Not forgetting stuffing myself silly with all the cheap local food from hawker centres and kopi tiams.

29th July til 17th August, I will be touring with a Christian band in Wen Zhou (温州) and Chongqing (重庆) for a series of performances/gigs. I have been invited to be a keyboardist as well as the music director/producer of the live concerts. It is both a great honor and pleasure to be given this opportunity to serve God, and I really look forward to it. There is nothing that excites me more than advancing in my career, while serving God and spreading the ministry at the same time.

I’ve been reading this book, The 7 habits of highly effective people, and found it to be incredibly useful and enlightening. As a matter of fact, I’m currently in the process of scouring the Chinese translated version for my housemates and gf. The kind of thinking changes and paradigm shifts it introduces and imposes on you makes you realize how much time you’ve wasted all these years in thinking/doing/saying the unnecessary. Anyway, check out the book if you haven’t already. It has actually been out for ages, and I’ve bought it for over a year now, but just gotten down to really seriously reading it.
