Mac n Cheese lesson.

My work productivity has gone down by more than half ever since yesterday.

I’m making a mental note to myself NEVER to refrigerate Mac n Cheese.

I made Mac n Cheese earlier this week, had 1 portion leftover and decided to refrigerate it. I gobbled up the 2 day old leftover day before yesterday for dinner and yesterday I started having a mild but annoying dose of Food Poisoning. No serious diarrhea, just recurring abdominal pains and mild diarrhea, coupled with a very bad headache.

Finally confirmed it to be food poisoning, and just took some food poisoning pills moments ago. Hope it clears up by the end of tonight.

    Hi Daniel! Good to hear from you!
    Sorry for the non-existant activity on my blog/sites , it’s been really crazy busy for me.

    I’ve never taken my focus off God, he’s been keeping my hands extremely full and my bowl overflowing abundantly these few months.
