Looks like I won’t be going back to Singapore this February after all, again.

Sadly, this scenario seems to be becoming far too frequent, me announcing my return and then somewhere near the date, it gets cancelled.

Went to apply for my gf’s visa today, but turns out there have been some policy changes since the last time we applied in July 2009. They requested for a document which my gf didn’t have with her, and is located in a really inaccessible place back in her hometown. Getting it would be possible, just a little complicated and very time consuming.

It seems like the devil is really trying very hard to stop me from going back to Singapore this trip. My producer in Singapore for the concert has been experiencing a whole multitude of fallbacks over the past week. When I told him about my matter today, he told me that he was experiencing the same thing, and then it struck him that the devil is really so terrified of this event they are organizing that he is trying very hard to stop it from happening. I guess part of this might include me coming back to Singapore to perform.

While it is not completely confirmed yet, chances are I won’t be coming back this February. Both me and my gf are very disappointed, but I am treating it as a blessing in disguise. God doesn’t allow for things to happen for no reason.

I may enjoy a very fulfilling trip to Hong Kong instead.
