So last Friday, my ex-classmate from Singapore visited Shanghai, and I met up with her for the first time in about 4 years. Tomorrow, she returns to Singapore, and my SQ cabin crew friend, Ailee will be stopping in Shanghai (BTW, congrats on passing your probation period!). I’m finding it really amusing to be meeting up with my ex schoolmates, in a foreign land. Previously, I met up with another 2 classmates in whilst I was stationed in Taipei for 3 weeks. I’m looking forward to Ailee’s visit tomorrow! She is my regular supplier of Singapore goods, mainly Nescafe Coffee-mix, Curry Powder, Laksa Powder and others.

It’s funny how when we used to see our friends everyday in school, we didn’t think much of it. A couple of years after graduation, and having gone our separate ways, every opportunity to see each other becomes so unique and valuable.
