Been watching Hells Kitchen, which introduced me to culinary master chef, Gordon Ramsay. After watching some clips of him in action on Youtube, I was inspired to make 1 of his dishes for my gf’s birthday today. Because the nearby supermarket that had all sorts of import and foreign ingredients closed down recently, I had to adapt the recipe a little bit to suit the ingredients that were available. The dish turned out relatively presentable, and mindblowingly tasty. :)

The original recipe/video is here http://www.channel4.com/video/f-word/series-2/episode-5/great-legs_p_1.html

I used manually minced lean pork, luncheon meat, onions and spring onions seasoned with salt and pepper to create the stuffing. It was a little gamble, but the flavors really turned out amazing. As for the sauce, I simply added some red wine together with chicken stock to make a red wine reduced sauce.

I plated it with Champ ( Mashed Potato + Butter + Spring Onions + Salt ) and mashed carrots to add some color and sweetness to the plate.

The rest of the ingredients, steps and timing were followed quite strictly according to the video.

Thank you Gordon Ramsay for sharing the recipe with the world! :)

Looks good! I really envy people who can cook or who can at least follow a recipe very well. eh.. I seem to have missed the gf ‘episode’ but I’m really glad for you. :D
Btw, I love your new songs. :D I keep listening to some of them over and over again. Are your songs available on cd now?

Yeah I’ve been waiting for your comments! Haha! I’ve been low profile on the gf episode coz things weren’t looking optimistic then, but everything is perfect now.

Unfortunately, there’s no plan to release a solo vocal album yet.. :(
However, With Your Blood will be availabe on an indie Christian fund-raising album coming soon, while alot of my piano songs are available in Warner Music’s Piano spa 4.
Exciting news is, I’ll be releasing Piano Spa 5 come end of the year, and it will feature all 30 songs by me this time! :O
