Feeling the need for comfort food, and being lazy to cook up something hard, I decided to make Hongkong style instant noodles for Van and I. There’s something about the way hongkies make instant noodles that make it very special and comforting to eat, despite it’s simplicity. Essentially, it’s chicken flavour instant noodles with a fried egg, luncheon meat, a slice of ham and kailan veggie. I made the classic model minus the ham. Went down veryyyyyy good with extra servings of fried crisp luncheon meat slices, with a nice DVD. Ahhh~
