Feel good meal, Spaghetti in mushroom sauce

I’m down with a nasty flu. Too many late work nights and harsh weather in Shanghai.

Cold winter nights call for good comfort food. I wanted to whip up something relatively simple using whatever ingredients I had in the fridge, so I ended up with a spaghetti with a caramelized onion infused-mushroom sauce with a side of bacon.

The fact that everything was home-made and tasted absolutely delicious made my evening. :)
