Cantonese Porridge!! It’s SUPER smooth and creamy! I had the one with lean pork and pig’s stomach.

This is a dish that is unique to Hong Kong. It’s 油条 wrapped with 肠粉。The 油条 is crispy, while the 肠粉 is moist but not mushy.

Hong Kong 臭豆腐! (Fermented Bean Curd). IT IS THE BOMB!!! 10x better than the ones I had in Taiwan. (Sorry my Taiwan friends.)

    wah! two food entries! My friend keeps telling me to go to HK but I didn’t see any reason why I should go… Now I have one… the food!!! That 臭豆腐 looks nicer than the ones I had in Shanghai.

    Hong Kong is the best place to eat chou toufu in my books. :) At least, for now.
