Enjoy the photos~
Street Stall in Mong Kok. All sorts of skewers where they either simmer or deep fry it, and then pour sauce over it.

I had the huge chicken drumstick and the beef roll with curry fishballs. Yummmy~

Cantonese Porridge!! It’s SUPER smooth and creamy! I had the one with lean pork and pig’s stomach.

This is a dish that is unique to Hong Kong. It’s 油条 wrapped with 肠粉。The 油条 is crispy, while the 肠粉 is moist but not mushy.

Hong Kong 臭豆腐! (Fermented Bean Curd). IT IS THE BOMB!!! 10x better than the ones I had in Taiwan. (Sorry my Taiwan friends.)

This is known as a 半汤饺。 It’s one huge dumpling with sharks fin, pork, scallops, shrimp, simmered in a rich broth.
