The first of my Hong Kong feature. I’ll start with the food pics. This is my reunion dinner 2008 at Hong Kong. The BEST reunion dinner I’ve had in my life, because I’ve never had so many relatives back in Singapore (My mum’s Hongkie) and also the food was great. Perfect company + Perfect food = Perfect Evening.

First Course, Cold Platter.

Second Course, Sharks Fin Soup.

Third Course, Steamed Lobsters. Yummmm.

Fourth Course, Prosperity Mixed Stew. Contains oysters, ‘hair vegetable’, and some other stuff, all with prosperous connotations to their names.

Cantonese Style Steamed Fish.

Crispy Garlic Roast Chicken.

Glutinous Rice & Yee noodle.

“Prosperity” Buns.

Red Bean Soup.
